Overview
Join to apply for the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) role at Shady Lane, Inc.
We are seeking full and part-time Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) on the PM shift. The organization provides care focused on rehab, home-like assisted living, and customized skilled nursing care as a non-profit community-based organization with a 5 Star CMS rating.
Responsibilities- Promote dignity and respect to residents and provide compassionate care.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living in a team environment and communicate effectively with the care team.
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification or equivalent as required.
- Full-time and part-time CNAs on PM shift; 4-hour shifts available for part-time staff.
- Wage details: starting wage is listed as $21+ per hour on First shift and $23+ per hour on 2nd/3rd shift for 72-80 hours per pay period; part-time wages start at $16+ per hour for First shift and $19+ per hour for 2nd/3rd shift. Includes shift differentials and a pay program.
- 16/24 Status position available with an increased rate of pay; $600 Sign-On Bonus contingent on 64 committed hours per pay period.
