The Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) at Theda Care provides compassionate, patient-centered care to individuals with life-limiting illnesses. This role manages a caseload, coordinates care plans, and serves as a key liaison between patients, families and the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality end-of-life care.
Training occurs in Appleton area; after 90 days, a Fleet Vehicle option may be available. On-call and holiday rotations are required.
