Responsibilities

• Lead quality improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations.
• Investigate quality concerns using root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Support and improve Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Lead CAPA, NCR, and customer quality investigations.
• Conduct PFMEA, Control Plans, SPC, MSA, Gage R&R, and process capability studies.
• Support new product launches (NPI), PPAP, validation activities, and process improvements.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations, and Production teams.
• Participate in internal and external audits while ensuring compliance with ISO standards.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma continuous improvement initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 5+ years of Quality Engineering experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, IATF 16949, or similar quality systems.
• Knowledge of CAPA, PFMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D, Root Cause Analysis, and Continuous Improvement.
• Experience working with cross-functional manufacturing teams.
• Six Sigma certification is a plus.
• Medical device, plastics, machining, automotive, consumer products, or food manufacturing experience is welcomed.
