- Scheduling & Staffing:Create and manage efficient schedules that align with business needs and peak hours.
- Financial Management:Monitor sales, expenses, budgets, and labor costs, applying fast-food profitability strategies.
- Guest Safety & Compliance:Enforce food safety, sanitation, and health standards in compliance with quick-service restaurant regulations.
- Customer Service:Handle guest issues promptly, ensuring every customer leaves satisfied and eager to return.
- Marketing & Growth:Promote the restaurant in the community and identify strategies to increase sales and brand presence.
- Administrative Duties:Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reports, including sales, inventory, and labor tracking.
- Personality:
Fun, positive, and energetic with a passion for leading teams in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.- Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of fast-food management experience (required).
- Proven success managing drive-thru operations, high-volume shifts, and guest satisfaction in a quick-service restaurant setting.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of fast-food front- and back-of-house operations including speed of service, quality, cleanliness, and team training.
- Experience with cost and labor management, sales forecasting, and profitability.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to develop and motivate large teams.
- Confidence in delivering performance feedback, setting goals, and fostering a team-oriented culture.
- Strong organizational skills and a customer-centric mindset.
