The AR Office Assistant is responsible for providing administrative assistance to the AR department. The position requires attention to detail and effective collaboration with other team members to ensure smooth and accurate billing operations.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Associate's degree or relevant certification(s)
• Experience in administrative, billing or accounting roles
• Knowledge of healthcare billing or experience with long-term care facilities
• Familiarity with ACH, credit card transactions, and other financial processes
