What You’ll Do:
- Provide comprehensive outpatient family medicine care to patients of all ages.
- Assume an established patient panel with the ability to grow your own practice.
- Collaborate with advanced practice providers and specialists to deliver high-quality, coordinated care.
- Contribute to the clinic’s vision for sustainable growth and excellence in primary care.
Qualifications:
- Board-certified/board-eligible in Family Medicine.
- Eligible for Minnesota medical licensure.
- Passion for patient-centered care and a commitment to community health.
- Interest in building a lasting practice within a physician-owned model.
- 18-month guaranteed salary range: $190,000–$550,000
- Transition to production-based compensation after guarantee period
- Signing bonus and relocation allowance available
- 401(k) with profit-sharing
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and malpractice coverage
- Shareholder/partner status available after year one
