Responsibilities- Join a busy surgical and medical ENT practice supporting Southwest Minnesota.
- Practice has a multidisciplinary approach; team includes full-spectrum audiology services.
- Call obligations: NPs/PAs provide first call coverage M-F 8:00 A.M.–5:00 P.M.; physicians call coverage is rotated.
- Collaborate with well-established referral resources to grow practice.
- Teaching and research opportunities in conjunction with Mayo Clinic.
- Work in a state-of-the-art facility;
Mayo Clinic Health System Mankato’s operative suite recently underwent a major expansion, with future projects underway. - Mankato campus is a multi-specialty clinic & integrated hospital owned by Mayo Clinic.
- 24/7 certified level III trauma services.

- Eligible for medical licensure in Minnesota.

Compensation & BenefitsThe minimum starting salary range for surgical specialties may range from $290,000 to $830,500. This range reflects full-time total base compensation prior to consideration of additional experience or duties. Pay for the selected candidate may vary based on specialty, experience, FTE, internal equity, or external market data.
