Mankato Clinic is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB/GYN to join their thriving, physician-owned multi-specialty group in southern Minnesota. Providers enjoy a full-scope practice with fertility services and robotics, supported by an experienced clinical team and an adjacent 270-bed regional referral center. This position offers a rewarding 4-day work week, clinical autonomy, and a clear path to partnership after just one year.
Practice Info
- Established group of 5 physicians and 3 advanced practice providers
- Clinic connected to hospital for seamless patient care
- Full-scope OB/GYN practice including fertility services and robotics
- Referrals from southern Minnesota and northern Iowa
- Support from 86 physicians and 109 APPs across Mankato Clinic
- Adjacent local hospital is a 270-bed regional referral center with a Level III Trauma Center, Level II Special Care Nursery, 9 LDR rooms, 14 surgical suites, 1 dedicated L&D OR, 24/7 Anesthesia and Pediatric Hospitalist coverage, and 40+ OB-specialized nurses
- Surgical services also performed at our Ambulatory Surgery Center, co-owned with a leading orthopedic group
Compensation
- 24-month guaranteed salary $400,000+
- Transition to production-based compensation after the guarantee period
- Signing bonus and relocation allowance available

Requirements
- Board Certified/Eligible in OB/GYN
