This full‑time, on‑site role is based in Mankato and Rochester, MN. Responsibilities include performing laser hair removal treatments, providing exceptional skin care services, and delivering personalized cosmetic consultations to clients. The role also involves building strong client relationships, providing excellent customer service, and assisting with sales of related products and services. You will ensure the highest standards of professionalism and safety while creating a comfortable and positive environment for all clients.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in hair removal techniques and practices
• Experience in cosmetology, estheticology, and skin care services
• Strong customer service and relationship‑building skills
• Ability to assist in sales, including recommending suitable products and services
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• State licensure or certification as an esthetician or in a related field
• Previous experience in laser hair removal or cosmetic treatments is highly preferred
• Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and professional work environment
