Life Enrichment / Activities Specialist
The Life Enrichment / Activities Specialist delivers programming designed to meet and honor the physical, social, spiritual, sensory and psychological needs of all residents based on an assessment of their individual needs and interests. This position advocates for resident participation and choice.

Tuesday through Friday 12:30 PM – 4:30 PM. Every other Saturday 8 AM – 4:30 PM. 40 scheduled hours every 2 weeks.
PayThe targeted pay range for this job is $19.00 – $21.00 per hour. Ecumen considers a variety of factors when determining new hire pay including experience, qualifications and, when applicable, certifications, licenses and education.

EssentialJob Responsibilities
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 year related experience
- Knowledge and understanding of the field of geriatrics and the interpersonal, spiritual and psycho‑social needs of older adults.
- Valid Driver's License, proof of insurance and satisfactory motor vehicle record.
- Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to follow all safety rules, regulations, policies and procedures of the facility including but not limited to Vulnerable Adult and Abuse Policy, Resident's Bill of Rights, OSHA, Universal Precaution, AWAIR, Right to know, HUD Policy and Procedures, ADA, Fair Housing laws and regulations and SDS.
- Bachelor's Degree
- Previous experience working with seniors
- ADC, ACC or CTRS
