Corporate/Transactional Attorney (5 Years Experience) – Mankato, MN

We are seeking an attorney with 5+ years of broad‑based corporate and transactional experience to join our growing office in Mankato, Minnesota. The ideal candidate is aiming for a shareholder‑track position and can immediately step into client relationships. This role provides challenging and sophisticated legal work with dynamic, collaborative teams, along with comprehensive large‑law firm support while living in a vibrant regional hub just 60 miles from the Twin Cities.

• 5+ years of corporate and transactional experience
• Prior experience in private practice
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and writing skills
• Strong academic background
• J.D. from an ABA‑Accredited Law School
• Active attorney license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and ability to promptly get admitted in the state of Minnesota

The estimated starting annual pay range for an associate in this position would be $200,000‑$221,000 for 1,775 hours. Higher starting compensation may be offered to an attorney with more experience or a portable book of business. Compensation will be dependent on the candidate’s experience, skills, education, professional background, overall qualifications, and geographic market location.
