Senior In-House Litigation Attorney

Epic is looking for a highly experienced Senior In-House Litigation Attorney to join our legal team in Madison, WI (relocation assistance available). This role focuses on managing complex litigation and providing strategic counsel on regulatory, competition, healthcare, and other risk areas.

• Lead the defense of multi‑million dollar disputes, from motion practice to trial.
• Provide proactive risk‑mitigation counseling across regulated business lines.
• Advise on regulatory, competition and healthcare matters affecting product launches and global expansion.
• Represent Epic in high‑stakes proceedings, including oral arguments and settlement negotiations.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors, industry groups and external counsel to ensure compliance with law and industry standards.

• J.D. and in‑state bar admission; a rigorous academic background.
• 3+ years of litigation experience with a focus on risk‑mitigation, drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments and settlement negotiations.
• Experience and success in competition, regulatory and healthcare cases is a plus.
• Strong analytic, written and oral communication skills; high attention to detail and creativity.
• Comfort working in a fast‑moving, international environment.
