Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8 AM–5 PM (occasional travel as required)
Reports To: VP of Construction
Salary: $80,000–$130,000 (Exempt)

Key Responsibilities- Manage and be accountable for project management, contract performance, and internal interfaces for assigned projects.
- Lead moderate‑complexity capital or development projects, or portions of larger programs.
- Serve as the central point of contact for all stakeholders, internal and external.
- Create the program charter, baseline plan, and other program management components to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Conduct cost analysis, evaluate resource requirements, and perform risk analysis to keep projects on budget.
- Define plans and monitor costs and technical performance to milestones and schedules, coordinating team effort.
- Make technical and schedule decisions for projects within budget and resource limits.
- Continuously improve project effectiveness through process and system standardization.
- Communicate project status to staff, management, and customers via reviews, escalating issues as required.
- Allocate cost and budget parameters for project prioritization.
- Lead team efforts—direct or cross‑functional—to develop action plans and drive improved performance.
- 3+ years of project management experience in the construction industry.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field (highly desirable).
- Proficiency in financial analysis, cost breakdowns, risk analysis, budgeting, and contract terms.
- Thorough knowledge of regulatory compliance and industry standards.
- Proven ability to foster teamwork and cooperation with diverse groups.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Excellent client, team building, and communication skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and scheduling programs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Background in commercial construction projects.
- Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, accountable.
- Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop relationships and assist in winning projects.
- Field experience coordinating with construction management.
- Ability to run a profitable project portfolio.
- Extensive knowledge of project scheduling, bids, take‑offs, change orders, and contracts.
