** Position Objective:
** Oversees our organization’s daily business activities in the North Mankato facility.  Responsible for managing resources, developing and implementing an operational plan and charged with the execution of procedures in support of the plan. Regularly evaluates organizational efficiency and recommends/makes necessary changes to maximize staff and operational productivity. Understands the needs of the company and provides overall leadership and direction to employees in alignment with those needs.  

Charged with ensuring the safe and efficient performance of the facilities, employees and operations through the implementation of manufacturing strategies and action plans to ensure that the facility supports Nidec / Nidec Power America’s strategic objectives.
