** Shift: 2nd Shift Days of Work:
Monday - Thursday

Work Hours:

4:00pm - 2:00am

Work Location:

On-site (Mankato, MN)
Starting Salary: $26.35 to 36.88 hourly

** Position Objective:
** Coordinate plant-wide safety and environmental programs for all employees to provide a safe, injury-free workplace that complies with and exceeds all safety and environmental regulations.  Serve as a resource, communicator, trainer, and solutions provider for problems identified and engage all employees while serving as a conduit for information related to safety and environmental projects and employee concerns.  Comply with all mandated reporting and work with employees in a proactive reduce injuries.
** Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
*** Plan, implement and manage safety / environmental policies and procedures in compliance with local, state, and federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) rules and regulations.
* Plan, implement and manage programs to train managers and employees in work site safety practices, for example, but not limited to fire protection, lockout/tagout, fall protection and handling techniques for chemicals, toxins, equipment and other materials.
* Lead all safety related activities for the facility, including safety related initiatives and plant safety committee.
