Monday–Thursday, 4:30 p.m. – 3:00 a.m.;
Some overtime available on Fridays (40+ hours). Shift Differential: $1.50/hour. Areas:
Pre-Fab (Laser Operator, Brake Press), Heavy Assembly, Prime/Prep, Final Assembly.

• Build and assemble products using hand tools and detailed instructions
• Read blueprints and follow measurements to ensure quality
• Support production in areas like assembly, fabrication, and finishing
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace
• Follow job tracking and quality standards to get it right the first time
• Learn materials, processes, and equipment to grow your skills
• Work as part of a team to keep production moving efficiently
• Take on additional tasks as needed to support the operation

Education:

High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Experience:

1+ year of manufacturing or hands-on work experience preferred.

Skills:

Comfortable using hand tools, tape measures, and reading blueprints;
Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work;
Ability to stay organized and manage time effectively;
Willingness to learn and cross-train;
Good communication and teamwork skills.

The work environment is in a manufacturing facility where frequent interruptions, distractions, and moderate levels of noise occur. It requires wearing safety glasses (provided) and other required personal protective equipment.
