Join the loudest store in the mall! We're looking for music and pop culture fanatics to help create the best experience for our customers. As a Hot Topic Seasonal Sales Associate, you'll be a key part of our success by providing excellent customer service, sharing your fandom knowledge, stocking and replenishing products, and merchandising the store to create an appealing shopping environment.

• Provide an engaging shopping experience that encourages customer loyalty, demonstrating product knowledge and customer service skills
• Maintain visual standards on the sales floor and cover assigned zones
• Operate the register, process transactions, and promote additional sales through benefits like BOPIS and curbside pickup
• Assist with planogram updates and store merchandising
• Communicate fashion and music trends to management and HQ
• Work with Store Management to prevent theft and ensure store security
• Help organize stock room and maintain store cleanliness
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve store goals
• Perform any additional duties assigned by your Store Leader

• Previous retail experience preferred; passion for music and pop culture is a plus
• Strong customer service and sales skills
• Must be at least 16 years old
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and lift up to 50 pounds

Pay range: $11.30 - $11.80 per hour. Final salary will depend on education, location, experience, and other factors.
