Starting Hourly Rate: $16.50 USD per hour

The General Merchandise and Food Sales team leads inbound, outbound, replenishment, inventory accuracy, presentation, pricing and promotional signing processes. They ensure products are set, in‑stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor.

• Knowledge of guest service fundamentals and experience supporting a guest‑first culture across the store.
• Experience in retail business fundamentals including department sales trends, inventory management, and process efficiency and improvement.
• Ability to execute daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals.

• Execute a detailed, accurate and efficient sorting operation.
• Stock, organize, and store reserve product and straighten merchandise on the sales floor.
• Maintain product availability for GM categories.
• Operate powered equipment as necessary while unloading freight or moving merchandise.
• Process defective merchandise and handle environmentally sensitive items in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety & compliance.
• Work safely, comply with all safety policies, report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back‑up cashier, order pick‑up, and Drive‑up; maintain compliance with beverage laws.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests while completing tasks.
• Engage with guests to help solve their needs.

• Perform other duties based on business needs.

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
• Attention to detail, follow multi‑step processes.
• Remain focused and composed in a fast‑paced environment; accomplish multiple tasks within established time frames.

• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed.
• Climb up and down ladders.
• Scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including lifting up to 44 pounds.
• Flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays); reliable and prompt attendance.
• Work in varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements while performing duties such as Drive‑Up or carry‑out.
• Remain mobile for the duration of the scheduled shift.
