- This is a sales position; prospecting is your number one daily activity.
- Build and nurture lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their insurance and investment needs are met with care and precision.
- Develop personalized insurance and investment plans that align with clients' financial goals and life stages.
- Educate clients on the benefits of comprehensive coverage, empowering them to make informed decisions about their financial future.
- Collaborate with our team to stay updated on industry trends and innovative solutions, enhancing the value we provide to clients.
- Conduct regular reviews of clients' portfolios, making adjustments as needed to optimize their financial security and growth.
- Actively participate in community events and initiatives, strengthening our presence and reputation in Blue Earth County.
- Utilize our robust training and resources to continuously improve your skills and knowledge, driving personal and professional growth.
- Experience in sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty.
- Proven track record of effectively managing business operations, including budgeting and recruitment.
- Strong communication skills to clearly explain complex insurance and financial concepts to clients.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in prospecting and marketing efforts.
- Experience in the finance or insurance industry is preferred, but not required.
- Proficiency in using CRM software to maintain accurate client and business records is a plus.
Compensation: $150,000 per year and $150,000+ at plan
