Sales Representative

As an In-Home Sales Professional, you’ll meet with homeowners at pre-scheduled appointments throughout our service area to:

• Inspect basement, crawlspace, and foundation concerns

• Listen to homeowners and understand their needs and goals

• Educate customers about the cause of their home’s problems

• Design and present customized solutions

• Provide clear, accurate proposals and pricing

• Follow up with potential customers and maintain strong communication

• Build trust and confidently close sales

• Maintain accurate customer and appointment documentation

• Represent Complete Basement Systems professionally in customers’ homes

We’re looking for an experienced sales professional with a proven track record. In-home sales experience is strongly preferred, particularly in residential real estate, roofing, windows and siding, home inspection, construction, or other home improvement industries.

The ideal candidate is:

• Experienced in sales with a stable, verifiable sales history

• Confident working in a commission-based environment

• An excellent listener and communicator

• Skilled in follow-up, relationship building, and closing

• Comfortable using computers, tablets, and sales software

• Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated

• Able to work independently while contributing to a team

• Honest, trustworthy, and committed to doing what’s right for the customer

Construction or home improvement knowledge is a definite plus, but our proven training and systems will help you learn our products and solutions.

This is a 100% commission-based position with an earning potential of $80,000-$100,000+ per year. The company generates and schedules your appointments, so you can focus on meeting with homeowners, identifying their needs, and providing the right solution.
