The Inside Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Mankato, MN. This role involves responding to inbound inquiries, providing product information, and guiding customers through equipment and parts selection. The Inside Sales Representative will process orders, generate quotes, and follow up on leads from dealers and end users to support sales growth. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate account records, coordinating with operations and logistics teams, and resolving customer issues in a timely, professional manner.

The role also includes proactive outreach to existing accounts, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and supporting promotions and seasonal campaigns.

• Demonstrated Inside Sales experience, with the ability to manage daily tasks with customers.
• Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction focus, with clear, courteous communication and follow-through.
• Basic understanding of agricultural equipment or mechanical products is beneficial.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work on-site in Mankato, MN, collaborate with a team, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, sales, or agriculture is a plus.
