• Managing own area of responsibility to secure the quality of care in coordination with the ward management and nursing experts.
• Providing professional care for patients with various medical conditions.
• Supporting the topic‑specific training of new staff and further development of nursing professionals.
• Participation in forums, development, implementation and refinement of guidelines and nursing standards.
• Taking responsibility for the introduction and implementation of nursing or nursing‑related innovations on the ward and leading case discussions/nursing consultations.
• Staying up to date with current professional literature, sharing knowledge in a targeted manner, and promoting evidence‑based care, cost efficiency, and change implementation.

• Completed training as a certified nurse FH/HF with BScN, or as a certified nurse HF currently studying for a BScN, with experience on a medical ward.
• Openness to innovations that strengthen and enhance nursing quality.
• Ability to translate scientific knowledge into practice and ensure its implementation.
• Enthusiasm for direct patient care and its further development.
• Commitment and initiative in interactions with patients and colleagues from other departments.
• Leadership skills.
