Manning Park Resort is looking for a passionate individual to join our Alpine Guest Services team during the winter season. This role involves helping guests with rentals, providing information, and managing transactions. Key Responsibilities:

• Support guests with equipment rentals and inquiries

• Handle rental orders and payment processing

• Set up crowd control and signage for events

• Keep the Guest Services area clean and organized

• Provide technical support for guests online

Requirements:

• Strong customer relations skills required

• Willingness to work on weekends and holidays

• Good physical condition for outdoor work

• Knowledge of the local ski area is beneficial

• Prior experience with point-of-sale systems an asset
