This role focuses on the strategic management of HR services and programming at Life Skills Connection Inc. You will be responsible for recruitment, compliance, employee engagement, and performance management while directly supervising the HR Generalist. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition

• Guide effective onboarding and offboarding processes

• Support managers with performance coaching and evaluations

• Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal laws

• Administer payroll and employee benefits efficiently

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field

• 5-7 years of experience in HR management

• Strong ethical judgement and decision-making skills

• Familiarity with HRIS and reporting tools

• Certification in PHR or SPHR desirable
