Occupational Therapist - Pediatric Home Health

We’re seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide in‑home, individualized therapy to pediatric patients across the Bastrop, Manor, and Elgin areas. You’ll work closely with children and families to support the development of fine motor skills, sensory integration, daily routines, and overall independence.

• Part‑Time:
  Less than 24 visits per week
• Full‑Time: 25+ visits per week
• Daytime and after‑school hours available

• Conduct evaluations and develop customized treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence‑based therapy in the patient’s home environment.
• Educate families on strategies to support daily living and skill building.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with care teams for integrated treatment planning.

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR) in the state of Texas
• Pediatric experience preferred; strong new grads with pediatric interest encouraged to apply
• Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Empathetic, proactive, and committed to helping children reach their potential
