Job Summary
Retail Wireless Store Manager in Manor, TX, responsible for managing daily operations, supervising a small team, achieving sales quotas, and delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities- Hire, coach, train, and manage a small team of employees through daily observation forms, monthly one‑on‑one meetings, and on‑spot redirect coaching.
- Achieve monthly sales quota by using cross‑selling techniques for wireless phones, accessories, service plans, and features.
- Retain customers by providing outstanding customer service in sales and service transactions.
- Complete operational duties accurately and within required time frames.
Weekend availability required. Bilingual in Spanish required.
Qualifications- Proven leadership skills, sales success, and customer service experience.
- Strong team‑building abilities and ability to thrive in a small team environment.
- No prior experience required; training provided.
$30,000 - $35,000 per year plus commission and bonuses.
