Position SummaryU.S. Auto Force, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., brings together more than 100 years of experience as an industry leader in the distribution of tires, undercar parts, and lubricants to independent tire retailers, auto repair shops, and automotive dealerships.
The schedule for this position is Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm or until job is complete. Schedules are subject to change based on business needs and may require overtime.
Job Responsibilities- Load, unload, and stock tires and auto parts in a fast‑paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as forklifts or picker equipment.
- Use scanners to locate and put away tires, and assist with inventory control.
- Lift 50 pounds consistently throughout your shift and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds; when lifting commercial tires, perform team lifts or use mechanical equipment.
- Exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when working with barrels or industrial/agricultural tires.
- Operate safely at heights up to 25 feet while handling stock racks and equipment.
- Work on your feet for extended periods and be willing to work overtime as needed.
- Contribute to a culture of safety by adhering to all safety policies and operating procedures.
- Assist other departments such as e‑commerce, inventory, and call‑center as business needs dictate.
- Perform any other job‑related tasks and follow any job‑related instructions given by a supervisor, subject to reasonable accommodations.

Required visual, auditory, physical, and mental abilities to operate equipment safely, with or without reasonable accommodation. Frequently lift up to 50 pounds, occasionally up to 80 pounds, and may exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds. Work may involve handling commercial tires by rolling, destacking, or performing team lifts with mechanical equipment. Protective equipment required includes steel or composite toe boots, safety vest, safety harness, seatbelt, and SRL (self‑retracting lifeline).
Work environment may expose employees to weather, moderate noise levels, and fumes associated with tires, car parts, and lubricants.
- Must be 18 years or older to operate equipment.
- 1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience.
- Ability to safely lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally up to 80 pounds.
- Ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when working with barrels and industrial/agricultural tires.
- Ability to work at heights of 25 feet while operating equipment and maintaining safety standards.
- Abide by all company safety policies and state and federal transportation regulations and manufacturing guidelines.
- Ability to pass forklift certification.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
- Ability to follow instructions and safe operating procedures.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Successfully pass a pre‑employment drug test (no THC/marijuana test).
