A global, high-tech manufacturing leader supporting advanced industries is seeking a skilled Precision Tube Fabrication Technician to join its production team. This hands‑on role is ideal for a detail‑driven manufacturing professional who enjoys working with CNC and manual tube‑bending equipment, interpreting blueprints, and producing high‑quality components that support cutting‑edge technology.
In this role, your craftsmanship, mechanical aptitude, and problem‑solving skills will directly contribute to precision manufacturing in a fast‑paced, quality‑focused environment.
Hours & Pay- Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour
- Shift: 1st Shift | Monday‑Friday | 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m.
- Training & Orientation: First week, 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
- Overtime: May be required, including weekends
- Set up, operate, and adjust manual, semi‑automatic, and CNC tube‑bending equipment
- Calculate bends using CLA, E/E formulas, tangents, angles, and bend radii
- Review blueprints, engineering drawings, process sheets, and sketches to determine tooling and bend requirements
- Perform precision cutting, shaping, and bending of metal tubing to exact tolerances
- Inspect finished components to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards
- Identify, troubleshoot, and correct minor machine issues during production
- Operate supporting equipment such as band saws, cold saws, facing tools, and deburring tools
- Communicate directly with engineers to provide feedback on nonconforming processes
- Perform routine maintenance on the bending and cutting equipment
- Maintain a safe, organized work area while meeting production and quality objectives
- High school diploma or GED; certification a plus
- Strong math skills and mechanical aptitude
- Ability to read and build from blueprints and technical prints
- Experience with tube bending equipment (manual, semi‑auto, or CNC)
- Understanding of tooling limitations and bend processes
- Ability to inspect parts, evaluate quality, and meet tight tolerances
- Willingness to cross‑train and learn additional manufacturing processes
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort working in a busy manufacturing environment
- Semiconductor manufacturing experience is a plus
