Test Technician II – Ultra Clean Technology (Austin, TX)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Inspection, functional testing, and electro‑mechanical assembly of gas delivery systems.
- Extensive troubleshooting and corrective action on failed assemblies and sub‑assemblies.
- Helium leak testing.
- Reading and interpreting schematics.
- Module testing of assemblies and sub‑assemblies.
- Excellent communication skills and computer literacy.
- Sense of urgency and ability to stay on schedule.
- Strong teamwork and coworker collaboration.
- Available for 2nd shift or weekend shift work.
- Punctual, dependable, and able to work extended and weekend shifts with short notice.
- Extensive troubleshooting, quality, and process orientation skills.
- Good understanding of test fixtures and equipment.
- Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s in Electronics, Electro‑Mechanical Automation, or equivalent work experience.
- 2‑4 years in a manufacturing test environment with general knowledge of vacuum and pneumatic technologies.

- Manufacturing and/or cleanroom environment.
- Ability to climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push, pull, and grasp.
- Ability to stand for sustained periods.
- Ability to exert up to 25 lbs of force occasionally, up to 10 lbs frequently, or negligible force constantly to move objects.
- Ability to move arms, hands, and fingers.
- Requires visual acuity to perform assigned tasks.
- Exposure to hazards including electrical current, moving mechanical parts, and chemicals.
- Required to wear personal protective equipment.
- Work may require out-of-town travel for training and meetings.
