Lean Safety Coordinator & Training Leader

Trans Pak in Manor, Texas is seeking a Safety Coordinator to lead safety programs, training, and investigations across the facility. The role develops and maintains protocols aligned with lean manufacturing and ISO standards, mentors staff, and coordinates with site leaders to reduce injuries and waste. The position requires a health-related Bachelor’s, OSHA knowledge, and strong MS Office skills; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
