As a Leasing Consultant, you supervise the leasing process, communicate with prospective and current tenants, and manage the community’s reputation.

• Manage community reputation via social media, communication, marketing.
• Primary communicator to prospects, residents, vendors, market.

• Minimum 2 years of leasing experience required.
• Multi‑family experience preferred.
• MUST have tax credit experience in NC.

• Frequently sit, stand and walk.
• Regularly required to talk or hear.
• Frequently use hands or fingers to handle objects, tools or controls.
• Occasionally required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
• Vision abilities to include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision and ability to adjust focus.
• Noise level moderate.
• Temperature moderate, withstand seasonal cold and heat.

• Travel up to 10% of the time.
