ResponsibilitiesAs a Leasing Consultant, you supervise the leasing process, communicate with prospective and current tenants, and manage the community’s reputation.

- Perform all other duties as assigned.
- Minimum 2 years of leasing experience required.
- Multi‑family experience preferred.
- MUST have tax credit experience in NC.
- Frequently sit, stand and walk.
- Regularly required to talk or hear.
- Frequently use hands or fingers to handle objects, tools or controls.
- Occasionally required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
- Vision abilities to include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision and ability to adjust focus.
- Noise level moderate.
- Temperature moderate, withstand seasonal cold and heat.
- Travel up to 10% of the time.
