Responsibilities and QualificationsManagers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness for customers.
Shift Managers perform a variety of tasks, which may include planning each shift, monitoring performance, taking action to meet McDonald’s standards, monitoring safety, security, and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager to help prepare for a great shift. They may also be responsible for meeting targets and helping departments meet their goals.
Qualifications: Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Candidates must be 18 years or older. Positive team players with a flexible schedule who enjoy the fast‑paced McDonald’s environment are sought.
