Leif Johnson Automotive has served Central Texas for nearly 60 years, and our Manor store is expanding its sales team. We’re looking for a motivated Automotive Sales Consultant who can turn curiosity into closed deals while delivering the transparent, friendly experience our family‑owned group is known for.
What You’ll Do- Welcome every guest, uncover their needs, and guide them to the right vehicle and financing
- Use CRM, video walk‑arounds, and digital retail tools to follow up, set appointments, and keep deals moving
- Meet (and beat) weekly and monthly volume goals without sacrificing customer satisfaction
- Stay current on Ford models, incentives, and competitors to present confident, data‑driven recommendations
- Build lasting relationships through calls, texts, social outreach, and flawless in‑store hand‑offs
- Success in automotive or high‑ticket sales—or a track record of quick learning and results in another field
- Clear, persuasive communication and strong negotiation chops
- Comfort with tech: CRM, online retail platforms, and video-based engagement
- Self‑starter focus plus a team‑first mindset
- Valid Texas driver’s license and clean record
- Salary plus uncapped commission and performance bonuses
