We’re looking for a motivated Automotive Sales Consultant who can turn curiosity into closed deals while delivering the transparent, friendly experience our family‑owned group is known for.

• Welcome every guest, uncover their needs, and guide them to the right vehicle and financing
• Use CRM, video walk‑arounds, and digital retail tools to follow up, set appointments, and keep deals moving
• Meet (and beat) weekly and monthly volume goals without sacrificing customer satisfaction
• Stay current on Ford models, incentives, and competitors to present confident, data‑driven recommendations
• Build lasting relationships through calls, texts, social outreach, and flawless in‑store hand‑offs

• Success in automotive or high‑ticket sales—or a track record of quick learning and results in another field
• Clear, persuasive communication and strong negotiation chops
• Comfort with tech: CRM, online retail platforms, and video-based engagement
• Self‑starter focus plus a team‑first mindset
• Valid Texas driver’s license and clean record
