Maintenance Technician

Schedule:Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:00 PM
Location:Cardboard Packaging Facility

We are seeking a reliable and experienced
Maintenance Technician
to join our team at a cardboard packaging facility. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment, machinery, and facility systems to ensure safe and efficient operations.

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and warehouse equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
• Repair and maintain machinery, conveyors, motors, pumps, and other equipment.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and minimize production downtime.
• Conduct routine inspections and identify potential equipment issues.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and document completed repairs.
• Follow all safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.
• Work closely with production and warehouse teams to address maintenance needs.
• Assist with installation and setup of new equipment when needed.

• Previous maintenance experience, preferably in a manufacturing or cardboard packaging environment.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems is a plus.
• Ability to use basic hand and power tools.
• Ability to read equipment manuals, schematics, and technical documents.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the facility for extended periods.

• 1st Shift:6:00 AM–2:00 PM
• Pay:$24.00+ per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
