- Minimum of 2 years of experience in tax preparation and accounting, with proficiency in Drake Software.
- Strong knowledge of Drake Software (Tax, Accounting, or related modules). Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software is also required.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail when preparing and reviewing tax documents.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex tax concepts to clients in a clear and professional manner.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and meet deadlines, especially during the peak tax season.
- CPA, EA, or other related certifications are a plus but not required.
