We are seeking a Business Analyst to support critical projects and drive digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders, analyze workflows, and recommend solutions that align with business objectives while managing organizational change effectively.
Base pay range$65.00/hr - $73.00/hr
Responsibilities- Requirements Gathering:
Elicit, document, and analyze business requirements in partnership with stakeholders. - Process Improvement:
Assess current processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose enhancements to improve operational effectiveness. - Solution Design:
Evaluate and recommend technology solutions that meet business needs. - Digital Transformation:
Support initiatives that modernize systems and processes, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. - Change Management:
Facilitate adoption of new processes and technologies through effective communication and stakeholder engagement. - Project Support:
Work closely with project teams to ensure accurate implementation of business requirements.
