Annual base salary range
: $55,500 – $90,200

In a collaborative, respectful environment that values diverse perspectives, the Toyota Boston Regional Office seeks a highly motivated, detail‑oriented Market Representation Administrator to support dealership financial data administration, analysis, and operational performance improvement.
Responsibilities- Assist dealership comptrollers/office managers to identify and correct financial statement errors for monthly submissions.
- Ensure dealers comply with the Toyota Dealer Uniform Accounting System.
- Analyze balance sheets and audit for compliance with capitalization standards.
- Monitor NWC, profitability, and debt‑to‑equity trends.
- Coordinate annual Net Working Capital agreement process and secure timely signatures.
- Manage business management functions, including distribution of month‑end reports, TOPS reports, dealer performance evaluations, Smartview/Workout reports, and GPNVRL reports.
- Develop dealer application response letters and dealer support program documentation.
- Oversee Vehicle Support Program activities: submit VSS requests, manage communications, and document vehicle front‑load.
- Assist with special projects, financial statement analysis for transmittals, and other tasks such as buyer/seller transactions and location changes.
- Prepare and submit Toyota dealership renewals, general manager nominations, and site request workout submissions.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, or equivalent work experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), SharePoint, One Drive, and ability to learn proprietary software.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow‑up skills.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

- Financial statements experience.
- Toyota Region or Lexus Area administrative/analyst experience.
