DescriptionInTest Thermal Solutions (iTS) specializes in the design and manufacture of precision temperature control systems. Our breadth of products and in‑house engineering capabilities allow us to be a single‑partner solution for thermal test, process cooling, and cold storage applications. We are recognized globally for our expertise in precise temperature control and simulation of extreme thermal environments, from –185 to +500°C, with rapid transitions or long dwell times.

InTest Thermal Solutions is now seeking to recruit a full‑time Test Technician to join our team at our location in Mansfield, MA.
Hours are Monday through Friday from 6:00 am – 2:30 pm.
ResponsibilitiesFocus is on testing, calibrating and repairing electrical and electromechanical systems. Troubleshoot, test, calibrate, and repair electrical and electromechanical systems for conformance to established standards.
QualificationsMust have a minimum of 3 years’ experience within a manufacturing company.
Must be a technical contributor capable of performing all troubleshooting and providing technical support, including guidance to coordinate correction of problems with equipment and/or processes.
Experience in all troubleshooting approaches (problem statement, root‑cause analysis, corrections, etc.).
Focus on the quality of the product being produced.
Knowledge of analog, digital, and microprocessor theory.
Understanding of electrical and electronic testing and test equipment.
Proficient in the use of schematics, blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions.
Basic knowledge of refrigeration theory and pneumatics.
Ability to use a variety of test equipment, calibration equipment, and hand tools.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and efficiently.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Education RequirementsAdvanced technical education in electronics technology preferred, combined with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
