In Test Thermal  Solutions is now seeking to recruit a full time TEST TECHNICIAN to join our team at our location in Mansfield, MA.

Hours are Monday through Friday from 6:00am - 2:30pm.

Focus is on testing, calibrating and repairing of electrical and electromechanical systems. Troubleshoot, Tests, Calibrates, and Repairs electrical, electromechanical systems for conformance to established standards.

• Must have a minimum of 3 years experience within a manufaturing company.
• Must be a Technical contributor capable of performing all troubleshooting and provide technical support and ability to provide guidance to coordinate correction of problems with equipment and/or processes.
• Experience in all troubleshooting approaches (problem statement, root cause analysis, corrections, etc.)
• Focus on the quality of the product being produced.
• Knowledge of analog, digital and microprocessor theory.
• Understanding of electrical and electronic testing and test equipment.
• Proficient in the use of schematics, blueprints, diagrams & work instructions.
• Basic knowledge of refrigeration theory and pneumatics.
• Ability to use a variety of test equipment, calibration equipment and hand tools.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills with the ability to work effectively and efficiently in a team environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time effectively & efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Advanced Technical education in electronics technology preferred, combined with a minimum 3 years relevant experience.
