Hilco Vision is searching for an FP&A Manager. The FP&A Manager will lead the team that provides analytics to the organization to drive commercial and operational improvements, track KPI metrics, and provide key insights.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field; accounting, finance, business administration, data analytics, Master’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in finance; forecast, planning, analysis
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in manufacturing (or distribution, goods) and private equity
  • Experience w/ ERP/MRP systems
  • Prepared Monthly reporting packages & board level presentation
    s
  • Standard costing and multi-currency experience
  • Experience w/ P&L CF variance analysis, add backs, non-recurring and proforma FS presentation
  • Experience using analytical/reporting tools & analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills, able to communicate complicated finance topics to non-finance professionals
  • Power BI experience preferred
Responsibilities
  • Provide analytics for the organization for sales and operational results at various levels i.e. division, channel, product type, customer, product, facility and department. Complete monthly gross margin, absorption, efficiency, analysis with key insights for areas of improvement. Report on variances to budget and prior year, with commentary explaining significant swings. Analytical reviews and ad hoc analysis as needed
  • Responsible for publishing the monthly reporting deck "Playbook" for external and internal management
  • Oversee all FP&A team reporting for daily, weekly, monthly results and metrics
  • Drive price/margin governance meetings to ensure company gross margins are reviewed and areas of opportunity are discussed. Review customer contracts and elevate concerns over margin declines
  • Run the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes and related reporting. Create a process of management involvement to ensure ownership in the results
  • Lead the Power BI project with IT to ensure data structure supports current and future reporting needs
  • Lead and mentor the FP&A team to ensure their growth and development
