Direct Care Professionals – Part Time Evenings

Pay Rate: $20.00 / hour – $21.00 / hour (after one year of benefit eligible employment)

Schedule: Saturday 9am–11pm;
Thursday 1pm–11pm

No Experience Needed. We offer ongoing FREE on‑the‑job paid training, professional development, and career advancement.

Part‑time, Full‑time, Relief/Per Diem – 2nd and 3rd shifts available – Openings in Mansfield, Taunton, Fall River, and surrounding areas.

• Be a compassionate person who enjoys making a difference in someone’s life
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
• Qualifying criminal background check and driving record
• Valid driver's license; use of your personal vehicle
• A TB screening and physical are required upon hire and a TB update every two years after

You will be part of a team supporting adults with developmental disabilities in a residential program. Direct Care Professionals provide assistance with daily activities and ensure a structured routine that includes:

• Individual community outings
• Meal preparation
• Assistance with activities of daily living
• Personal care
• Medical appointments
  
  Medication distribution

As a Direct Care Professional, you will provide opportunities for individuals to integrate into the community and enjoy outings that interest them. Examples include:

• The movies
• Shopping
• Going to dinner
• Baseball game
• Bowling
