• Work one‑on‑one with children under the supervision of a BCBA clinician.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and direct ABA therapy.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of client progress.
• Engage with children on the floor or standing for extended periods, following treatment protocols.

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience working with children (ABA preferred).
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Physical capability to meet job demands, including standing, sitting, pushing/pulling equipment, lifting, bending, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and engaging with children on the floor.
