Join us as a Compliance Manager and Data Privacy Lead and play a pivotal role in shaping privacy compliance across our U.S. operations. You’ll be the go-to expert for privacy risk management, driving compliance initiatives and collaborating with diverse teams to ensure our business meets the highest standards of data protection.
What will you be doing?- Conduct privacy assessments for products, vendors, and strategic initiatives
- Drive privacy compliance by applying HIPAA and U.S. state privacy regulations
- Maintain records of processing for U.S. activities and Sports Medicine/ENT products
- Review and operationalize new state privacy requirements
- Develop and deliver local data privacy training and contribute to broader U.S. programs
- Document and evaluate privacy incidents, including HIPAA risk assessments
- Collaborate closely with IT, Product Security, and U.S. Compliance teams
- Implement risk-based monitoring programs and track open risks over time
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (privacy certification preferred)
- 5+ years’ experience implementing privacy program operations in a U.S. business environment
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA, CCPA, and U.S. state privacy laws
- Experience conducting privacy impact assessments and familiarity with tools like One Trust
- Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.

The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $117,325 - $203,775 USD annually. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job‑related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location. In addition to base pay, we provide competitive bonus and benefits, which include medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, medical leave programs, parental leave, generous PTO, paid company holidays annually, 8 hours of volunteer time and a variety of wellness offerings such as EAP.
