CNA​/HHA

SYNERGY Home Care is urgently hiring CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs in Mansfield, MA. We are seeking caring, responsible caregivers who are passionate about supporting clients with their daily needs and helping them remain safe and independent l-time and part-time positions are available, with short-hour and long-hour shifts to suit different schedules.

Your Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living

• Help with mobility, transfers, and positioning

• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe home

• Follow individualized care plans and daily routines

• Communicate client needs and changes to the care team

Qualifications

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification

• Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable working independently in a client's home

• Reliable and able to fulfill scheduled shifts
