THE JOBThe US Concerts Technology team seeks a highly motivated, passionate, and enthusiastic individual to provide on‑site IT support at Live Nation events and venues across the country. As a Venue IT Support Representative at the Xfinity Center, you’ll gain real‑world experience and an intimate understanding of IT service delivery concepts.
What This Role Will Do- Provide onsite IT troubleshooting assistance to venue administrative, operations, and production staff.
- Identify, track, and resolve persistent issues; report problems to remote support or service delivery teams following established escalation procedures.
- Act as an onsite liaison with remote IT support teams to troubleshoot reported issues.
- Serve as the onsite contact and provide guided access for visiting IT service or support providers.
- Assist tour production by establishing artist Internet connectivity and fulfilling artist/tour IT riders prior to and on “day of show.”
- Provide proactive day‑of‑show IT event support by ensuring no outstanding hardware/software issues with point‑of‑sale or access control technologies before gates open.
- Assist with deployment, inventory management, and maintenance of onsite IT equipment, including POS terminals.
- Develop and leverage a comprehensive understanding of venue network connectivity and deployed technologies.
- Lead resolution of all F&B‑related IT issues, collaborating with other stakeholders to determine fixes.
- Participate in seasonal IT preparation, validation, shutdown, and winterization.
- Assist in extending existing venue IT infrastructure or implementing new infrastructure to support special events such as festivals or private events.
- Experience with and in-depth knowledge of Apple iOS, Windows, and network technologies.
- Strong oral and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Self‑motivated, capable of independent reasoning and troubleshooting.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Reliable and dependable teamwork and ability to work independently under little supervision.
- Ability to adapt to a constantly changing and stressful work environment.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and clean driving record.
- Flexibility with scheduling, including evening and weekend on‑call shifts, holidays, and extended hours for events and summer festivals.
$20.8 USD – $26.00 USD Hourly (estimated for Colorado; pay may vary by location).
