Role Overview: Supports distribution services by verifying transportation, receipt, storage, and shipment information to ensure accurate product movement. Updates warehouse and logistics systems, tracks fleet activity and inventory, and prepares necessary documentation for shipments and receipts. Monitors routine issues like delivery exceptions and inventory discrepancies, supporting traceability and loss prevention.
Responsibilities- Verify transportation and shipment data
- Maintain accurate operational records
- Track fleet, shipments, and inventory movement
- Prepare dispatch and shipping documentation
- Review and resolve delivery, return, and inventory issues
- Confirm handling, storage, and movement requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years in warehouse support, distribution, or related fields
- Forklift/Cherry picker experience
- Knowledge of fleet operations, warehouse processes, and logistics documentation
- Ability to process operational activities and analyze data
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
Preferred: Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or similar certification
