Chex is looking for a Night shift Warehouse Supervisor who will be responsible for overseeing nightly warehouse operations to ensure safe, accurate, and efficient order fulfillment. This role directly supervises associates, supports shift leads, and ensures that picking, loading, and replenishment tasks are completed on time and in accordance with company standards. The Supervisor plays a key role in maintaining a productive work environment, enforcing safety practices, and supporting continuous improvement efforts within the night shift team.

• Oversee nightly picking, loading, staging, and replenishment activities to ensure orders are completed accurately and trucks depart on schedule.
• Assign work, monitor progress, and adjust labor as needed based on volume and priorities.
• Ensure adherence to warehouse standards for cleanliness, food safety, and product quality.
• Communicate shift status, issues, and handoff notes to day management and other supervisors.
• Monitor operational KPIs such as accuracy and productivity, escalating issues when needed.
• Supervise warehouse associates and shift leads, providing coaching, guidance, and support.
• Promote teamwork, accountability, and a positive work environment.
• Conduct basic performance check-ins and provide real-time feedback to improve results.
• Support onboarding and training new team members.
• Ensure consistent application of company policies.
• Ensure standard operating procedures are followed across all warehouse tasks.
• Identify inefficiencies or issues during shift operations and recommend improvements to management.
• Support implementation of new processes or system updates by reinforcing expectations and training associates.
• Enforce all safety rules and maintain compliance with OSHA, DOT, and company food safety standards.
• Conduct safety walkthroughs, verify equipment is operating safely, and report hazards promptly.
• Participate in incident reporting and corrective action follow-up.
• Promote safety awareness through daily communication and leading by example.
• Ensure proper use of the Warehouse Management System (WMS), scanners, and other warehouse technology.
• Train associates on system basics and ensures accuracy of scan activity and documentation.
• Run simple reports or pull data as needed to support shift operations.

• 2–4 years of warehouse or distribution experience; previous lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of warehouse processes (picking, loading, replenishment, shipping).
• Ability to lead, coach, and hold associates accountable in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid problem-solving skills and comfort making decisions during live operations.
• Basic proficiency with WMS systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work an overnight schedule and additional hours as needed.

• Pay range is $60,000 - $65,000. Pay is commensurate with experience.
• Monday – Friday, 3:00pm - Finish (night shift)
