2nd Shift Warehouse Selector

Chex Finer Foods offers a base pay range of $20.00/hr - $20.00/hr
. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience.

• Select orders to pallets using a rider pallet jack.
• Must be accurate and maintain a minimum company pick standard of 135cs./hr consistently.
• Must be able to work in a team atmosphere and willing to help in other areas as business dictates.
• Perform housekeeping duties nightly after the pick is complete.

• Second Shift Monday through Friday 3:00pm to finish. Overtime is required as business dictates.
• The starting rate is $20.00/ hour. Performance bonus up to an additional $5.00/ hour based on productivity and accuracy.

• Ensuring products are being selected and moved to the correct locations, keeping pace with equipment and machinery to prevent a slowing in workflow while achieving the 135 minimum requirement of cases/shift.
• Occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 125 pounds.

• Must be able to perform in a production measured environment where accuracy is essential.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to operate a riding pallet jack in a safe manner required.
• Must be a team player.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• All hiring is contingent upon the successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen and a criminal background check. Ongoing screens required.
