Assembler 2nd Shift at Paragon Medical
, Mansfield, MA—entry‑level assemblers needed for the 2nd shift (3:30 pm – 12:00 am) Monday through Friday, with a 10% shift differential. Salary: $40,000–$45,000.

• Accountable for day‑to‑day manufacturing activities, including working on required shop orders and workload.
• Maintain appropriate training and ensure production accuracy and quality.
• Follow manufacturing procedures and quality standards, and adhere to GMP, ISO, FDA, and environmental requirements.
• Ensure correct materials are available for assigned manufacturing work.
• Assist and collaborate with Engineering personnel on process and equipment validation/qualification plans and protocols.
• Execute validation plans, including testing, data collection, and related documentation.
• Provide problem‑solving support to the manufacturing operation as required.
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams such as Quality and Development.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 0–3 years of experience in manufacturing operations with medical devices preferred.
• Knowledge of GMP, ISO, FDA, and quality standards.
• Experience with manufacturing documentation (BOM, shop orders, routers, manufacturing metrics).
• Experience working in a clean‑room environment (essential).
• Must have reliable transportation to work onsite in Mansfield, MA.

• Proficient in reading, writing, and understanding English documentation.
• Able to remain productive under indirect supervision and follow both verbal and written instructions.
• Capable of lifting up to 20 lbs.
• Basic mathematical aptitude required.
